I had the exact same issue. Still do. I run two sites, one presented no problems at all, in the other setup won’t proceed beyond step one.
I emailed SSL Zen to ask for support (offering a large coffee) 12 days or so ago, no reply.

Ya this is a big issue. Completely breaks the plugin and I don’t see any support from them. What email address did you send mail too @knowdis ?
Hey @thepie,
I am so sorry you are stuck at step 1. May I know which hosting provider are you currently using?
I am fixing the support button on our website, thanks for bringing it to our notice.
Hello @knowdis
You can use this link if you want premium support – bmc.xyz/l/sslzen
Hi Sagar,
Thanks for getting back to me. Us. I went with a different certificate after noticing that your plugin requires cPanel which my hosting service doesn’t provide. Still, I got it to work on one site π

Hello @thepie
It seems like you are not on a cPanel hosting. Please read the installation instructions, we currently only support cPanel based hosting providers.

Hello @sslzen
I am using my own custom provider which is not cPanel based. It is running IIS as the web server. Are you saying your plugin won’t work with this?
@thepie Yes. SSL Zen only works with cPanel as of now.
