    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to delete some products from my WooCommerce store. I have tried doing bulk delete of a whole page of products, but it does not work. It takes exactly 5 minutes and then only deletes one product. Sometimes it deletes none. I have also tried to delete products one by one, but that seems to not work at all.
    I have deactivated all plugins and then tried to delete products, but this made no difference. I even changed the theme and this made no difference. I also reverted to older versions of WooCommerce and this made no difference.

    What is strange is that I have been trying to delete these products since this morning. I originally had about 270 product and I was able to bulk delete them. Then when I got to about 60 products left, the bulk delete and regular delete stopped working.

    I know I can use a bulk delete plugin, which will delete everything, but I don’t want to delete all the products.

    Please help.

    Wow, this is interesting. Do you see any fatal logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    Also, please enable WP_DEBUG log, try to delete several products again, and check the logs. You can learn more about it here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG

    Please remove any sensitive information of sharing logs publicly.

    Lastly, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Let’s see if we can get to the bottom of this 🙂
