    Hi there,

I’ve activated and set up the plugin on an ecommerce and then I cloned this website as a base for another ecommerce of the same Client. When I activated the plugin on the second website, it inherited the old setting and if I go to Settings>Linked Accounts, the wheel keeps spinning and nothing is loaded so I’m not able to make any changes there.
I tried deactivating and deleting and then uploading the plugin again. Same thing. I also used a database cleaner to delete all the plugin orphaned tables, uploaded it again, but same thing again.

What can I do? In the dashboard as well, under Programs, I cannot edit the existing one as the buttons are not active..

    Thank you for your time

  • Hello,

I am not sure if this is the correct way to clone settings. However, I recommend you to try the following:

Navigate to example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (You can replaceexample.com with your domain) and check if your Google account is connected. You will be able to disconnect/reconnect your Jetpack, Google, Merchant Center, Google Ads accounts, etc.

Then you can recheck the setup and configuration process of the extension: https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#setup-and-configuration

    Hope this helps.
