Cannot customize this theme

    Hi,
    I just activated the MyKnowledgeBase theme and I cannot customize it. Nothing shows up when I click the Customize button. I need to change the default images and styling. I also cannot see any of the pictures that I uploaded into my Media Library. Help!

    Hi,

    That’s strange!
    The Customizer should appear and you shuld be able to change the native WordPress settings and the theme settings.
    Maybe a conflict with a plugin? For that I have to check the dashboard myself… need a temporary login for that. How can I reach you?
