Cannot Connect to my account

    Hi

    I cannot connect to my account.

    Every time I try there is a slight delay and then it logs me out of my website admin.

    I have checked my firewalls and there doesnt seem to be a problem there.

    Can you help please?

    Hello @john53,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please make sure you have properly initiated the connection process between your website and your Rank Math account by following this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/

    Please also get in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
    Max input time: 600
    PHP time limit: 240
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    After that, try reconnecting your website again and see if that would work.

    If the issue persists, head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the “Copy System Info to Clipboard” button, and paste it here so we can further analyze the issue.
