According to the screenshot, your site encountered an critical error. Make sure your site is working properly. Plus, reach out to your webhost and increase the php memory limit to 512MB for your webserver.
Additionally, if the issue persists after you make sure your site works fine, send us the debug infomration to our support email (support(a)wpvivid.com). We are going to check it out.

After we re-installed WPvivid plugin, the issue is fixed. Backing up to Google Drive was also successful.
