• I’m trying to login to my WooCommerce account to download my purchases. This worked fine yesterday.

    Today it prompts me to sign in with my WordPress.com account, which I do, then it asks me to connect my account. This fails as it says the account already exists. The magic link also does not work.

    My WordPress.com account is working fine and I can access WordPress.com and Auttomatic for Agencies.

    I’ve tried using the support links on the website but all of them require you to login..

    Thank you for providing information about the issue. I understand you’re experiencing difficulties logging in to your WooCommerce.com account.

    Instead of entering your password directly on WooCommerce.com, please first log in to your WordPress.com account. Once you’re logged in, follow these steps in the same browser where you’re logged into your WordPress.com account.

    1. After that Select Log in on the homepage of WooCommerce.com
    2. Use your WordPress.com account to sign in, (You will see the option to click ‘Use WordPress.com account to log in)
    3. Click Approve to authorize WooCommerce.com to use your WordPress.com account (In this way you will not asked to entered the password or email address)
    4. You’ll be redirected to your WooCommerce.com account.

    You are now logged into WooCommerce.com and can view your My Account Dashboard, DownloadsOrders and Subscriptions, and open a Support request.
