• I’m having a problem with your plugin, and frustratingly I am unable to get support from your website; the Support link forces me to log in (I don’t have an account and don’t see where I can create one), and when I try to contact you via your Contact page, my message doesn’t get sent. I hope you can address this, and help me here in the meantime. I will increase my rating and give a proper review if you can fix the issue I’m having for me.

So here is the issue, which may concern a bug. I was trying to have our contact form send the user an email from a specified email address after they click on Submit. I added this function with a Submission Action. The mail is sent out as expected, but somehow the sender email address is the same as the email address the user filled in. So if they try to respond to the email, they will be responding to themselves.

How do I set it up so that when they click on respond, they are actually responding to the email address I defined (the email address the automatic email is supposed to be sent from)?

  • Same here and I am an idiot that actually PAID for your PayPal Extension, still waiting for a ‘ticket’ reply – 3days now.
I have decided I do not want extension any more and not because you do not reply, but simply I found out I did not need it.

Please refund in full ASAP as it is well within the 14 days ‘cool-off’ period!

I have seen more of this with other plug-ins, time WordPress has a ‘activity’ check for ALL developers and suspend those that do not actually are active for the sake of its own users.
