Cannot access support for issue with plugin

I’m having a problem with your plugin, and frustratingly I am unable to get support from your website; the Support link forces me to log in (I don’t have an account and don’t see where I can create one), and when I try to contact you via your Contact page, my message doesn’t get sent. I hope you can address this, and help me here in the meantime. I will increase my rating and give a proper review if you can fix the issue I’m having for me.
So here is the issue, which may concern a bug. I was trying to have our contact form send the user an email from a specified email address after they click on Submit. I added this function with a Submission Action. The mail is sent out as expected, but somehow the sender email address is the same as the email address the user filled in. So if they try to respond to the email, they will be responding to themselves.
How do I set it up so that when they click on respond, they are actually responding to the email address I defined (the email address the automatic email is supposed to be sent from)?
