What user role is the user you are trying to do this with? Also are you on a single site or multisite WordPress install?

If I delete and re-install from scratch, how much data will I lose? Maybe that will fix the problem, but I don’t want to lose stats. Are they stored in the database, or are they just stats from google re-interpreted and charted through your plugin?

I uninstalled completely and reinstalled. Still cannot access settings. Same error. Can you at least let me know what I need to clear out of the database to truly reset this?

FYI, I finally figured out what the issue is.
Your plugin is not compatible with the plugin Admin Menu Manager.

When I disable Admin Menu Manager, I can access my settings in MonsterInsights.
Yours is the only plugin I’ve used that has this problem.
I hope this information will be helpful to someone else and that you can make your plugin compatible with Admin Menu Manager, which really helps me organize the admin area in ways that make it easier for my clients to manage their WordPress sites.

For anyone else having this issue, I replaced Admin Menu Manager with the better maintained Admin Menu Editor.
