Cannot Access my Site

I cannot access the site builder side of this site. We have our SSL certificates going through server bolt but have access to our wp-admin on wordpress. How do I locate where this site is being managed at? or where I can make edits? Trying to create a landing page under this but the help I got pointed me to these forums. Im out of options on where this site is being handled at. on Serverbolt it does not give us a option to even edit site, its there for self sign certificates.

To clarify, if you can log into the wp-admin account, you would have access to the backend in order to make changes. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
