Can this plugin do this..?

Hi you lovely plugin developers 🙂

Is it possible using this plugin, to have a page where visitors can see a list of existing polls with each item having overall scores for scoreable items on the form, which is searchable, and where they can create new polls where a few set fields are used to identify the poll, and then a preset form is the content of the poll?

Ideally with the ability to prevent duplicate polls based on the values of a couple of the identifying fields.

I’m trying to find a plugin that will let our staff rate accommodation that they’ve stayed in using set criteria, that other staff that stay in the same place can add their view of the accommodation as part of the same poll, and which they can search a list of the polls to see whether any one else has used a particular place before & what they thought of it.

Essentially, can I use this plugin to create an in-house review page where the items being reviewed are created by page visitors using a predefined form?
