I’m not a user of this product, but it looks of interest – I run a small organization and we charge an annual fee to join. What happens when the annual charge changes? Is this plugin capable of altering the amount of an existing recurring payment? I’m currently using Paypla but tis causing real problems now we’ve increased the subscrition and members cannot change their subscription, only cancel it.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately recurring payments aren’t that easy to change, you can usually decrease the recurring amount inside the payment gateway.

Changing the membership level fees, will only affect new registrations or upgrades.

Some payment gateways do allow you to update the user’s recurring payment, like Stripe. Here’s an example how you can achieve this with Paid Memberships Pro – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/#tab-subscription-updates
