If you have any trouble setting up a persistent object cache your hosting provider should be able to assist.

do I need to talk to my hosting company to do this?
Yes, you can talk with your hosting provider and they should be able to advise you. If you’re using a shared hosting solution it may not be possible to setup a persistent object cache.
