    Burst just doesn’t record anything. On the dashboard looking at the live view I accessed the site using my mobile with the wifi turned off so I wasn’t using my “normal” ip address and it did not show that anyone was connected to the site. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but it makes no difference. I’ve also deactivated all pugins except Burst, Elementor and Pro and Really Simple SSL and still no traffic

    Hi @nickdgreen,

    You have set up Complianz to ask for consent before statistics. So after accepting the cookiebanner, Burst will track. You can disable this in the Complianz Wizard > Statistics configuration.
