bulletproof-security/403.php processes

Hi,
Since your last update to fix some of the problems caused by updating WP my high traffic site has been globing up resources and maxing out the limits on cloud linux. The problem seems to come from wp-content/plugins/bulletproof-security/403.php causing most of the requests/processes.

Would you please assist me in fixing this. I had to disable the BPSP to keep the site up.
