Bulk Posts Update Causes Error

    While the Nginx Helper plugin is enabled, I am experiencing issues when attempting to update multiple posts using the built-in option. The process takes an extremely long time, eventually resulting in a 504 Error. However, when I disable the plugin and try to make the same changes to the same number of posts, everything works without any issues.
