Bugs + Terrible Support

    I’be fighting with bugs for months and never got help.
    It’s been a month since I opened my last ticket and my problems still not solved.
    Support would not bother to reply for days and when they do
    all I get is repeated mantra.
    My ticket is not even read! Totally useless!
