Hello revwow,
Thanks for contacting us. Could you verify that all your statuses have a unique name, unique % and see if that makes a difference? Also, are you by any chance using a cache plugin? If so, could you delete your cache and see if that makes a difference?

Hello revwow,
Thank you for providing that information. Could you try re-ordering your statuses in increasing order of “% Complete” and see if that makes a difference? That should have a two-fold effect of making sure the order is right, but also making sure it re-saves the status data, just in case.
Should the issue still occur, would you be able to share a URL to your tracking page with us? Please also include a sample order ID, so that we can track an order and view the issue from our end.
That being said, if you don’t have any status called “Completed”, the fact that it shows that on your tracking page really does point to a caching issue.

Ok so i tested out different configuration. And for some reason fixed it, on changing the order of statuses list.
So instead of that : Previous order – screenshot
I did that order : Actual order – statuses
Like that, it fixed the duplicate status at start and end.
