bug in WordPress Tweaks section

I found a bug in the plugin’s WordPress Tweak section.
we have a ‘Disable Extra User Archives’ option checked by default that disables user archive page for user without published posts. But it check only wordpress posts not custom post types. I have a custom post type and a user which only have posts in this type. but ithemes disables the archive page for this author too.
Please solve this problem in the next update. Thank you.
