    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    Somehow, the file frontend.css from our plugin is not loaded in the frontend. It could be affected by a third-party plugin or custom code on your site. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue.
