This bug has been present on a few updates now. Was hoping for a fix but no fix has been implemented yet.

On multisite, when you navigate to one of your sites, and then click the mycred menu in wp-admin (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mycred), you see the “Cannot load mycred” error.

In other words, it is completely broken for a multisite environment.

    Hi @iamonlythird,

You will have to go to myCred settings through multisite network admin and then set the option either to use master template or central logging. MyCred works perfectly fine for multisites and therefore we cannot reproduce the issue on our end.

    Thank You!

    Hi,
If I select Master Template Enabled and Central Logging Disabled system showing “Cannot load mycred”

    And
If I select Master Template Disabled and Central Logging Enabled, there is no options for MyCred on admin panel and cannot see any options in widget area also.

Point option is available in first site only.

    Am I doing anything wrong?

    I have the same problem.

master template and central logging are enabled.

Points menu works on main site (with id=1)

on all other sites I get:
    Cannot load mycred.

    Query Monitor
The message above was triggered by Core.

    Call stack:

    wp_die()
    wp-admin/admin.php:260

What can I do about it?

Also, I have installed WooCommerce and AffiliateWP, but where am I suppose to see the integration: https://docs.affiliatewp.com/article/895-mycred

    Thanks!

    Hi @sohom and @hopla,

If master template is enabled then mycred settings will only be visible in first site, whatever the settings you define there will be applied on all sites.

If master template is disabled then every sub site will have its own mycred settings.

If central logging is enabled then all the mycred logs for all sites will be generated in one log table,

If central logging is disabled then every sub site will have its own log table.

By default, a user on your Multisite will have a unique balance on each site they are a member of. Any points a user earns on site A will be credited to their balance on site A while points earned on site B will be credited to their site B balance.

Enabling the Central Logging feature will force your users to have one balance no matter which site a user is a member of. Furthermore central logging will log all point gains / losses on your website in your main sites log table only.

    Hope this clear out things.

    Thanks!
