Bug: Blank Messages

    As of the last update, we started getting blank messages from site visitos. It seems the plugin generates a blank message and results in a new conversation being created, even though the user never initiated a conversation.

    Hi @oxwalor,

    That sounds strange. Can you describe in a bit more detail what you mean be “blank messages”? What do the messages actually look like when viewed in your Page Inbox (a screenshot might be handy).
