    Hello!
    Did you create a custom template in your theme in a previous version of my plugin?
    To check this have a look at /wp-content/themes/<your theme>/
    If there’s a folder wp-html-mail please delete it.
    If not please send me a list of your active plugins?
    I can’t see the problem on any of my test systems.
    best regards, Hannes

    Hi,

    I checked but there is no wp-html-mail folder in my theme. See the following image for my plugins: https://www.dropbox.com/s/twfequgr6brxv0j/Schermafbeelding%202018-03-22%20om%2017.11.19.png?dl=0

    Could you please try to disable the retina image plugin? Maybe it adds srcset attributes to images. These are not supported by email clients.

    I disabled the Retina plugin but the problem is still there.

    Could you please try to reset your WP HTML Mail Settings?
    Add these lines to your themes functions.php:

    delete_option(‘haet_mail_theme_options’);
    delete_option(‘haet_mail_options’);
    delete_option(‘haet_mail_plugin_options’);

    Then load any page and remove the lines again. Now your settings are clean and you can try again to create your email template.

    I followed your steps but this didn’t solve the problem unfortunately!

    Still haven’t heard from you?!
    Don’t have any problems with another mail plugin.

    My ticket is from almost a month ago. Do you already have an idea what can occur the problem?

    I couldn’t find a solution.
    thousands of plugins * thousands of themes = millions of possibilites
    If another email template plugin works for you please use this one, sorry.

    How can I delete everything regarding this plugin? If i just delete it from “installed plugins” and install it again, it still remembers my design.

    Maybe a clean install of this plugin works..

    wow, really really bad support!!

    there’s a “delete all settings” button on the advanced tab now to have a clean install.
