Hi @tupelodk,
Hope you’re doing well today 🙂
Could you grab a few screenshots of your settings so I could better understand this and try testing the same thing on my end?
Include these screenshots please:
– Appointments > Settings > General – Time Settings section
– Appointments > Settings > Working Hours – Settings for No specific provider and each provider you’re using
– Appointments > Settings > Services tab
– Appointments > Settings > Service Provider tab
Cheers,
Predrag
Hello @tupelodk, I hope all is well!
This Appointments plugin was built this way, it shows timeslots based on the working hours and the service duration.
In this case, the working days starts at 08:30, if a user selects a service with 60′ duration, the time slots will start from;
08:30, 09:30, 10:30 etc.
In case you had a service for 30 min, then the time slots will be showing like this:
08:30, 09:00, 09:30 etc
I can’t replicate the 4:30 available slot in Appointments base on the working hours you posted:

Would you please re-check your working hours?
Also in order to show the time slots exactly like the working hours are set, you need to activate the Duration add-on.
The Duration add-on is only available with a Pro version of the plugin – Appointments+.
You can install the plugin on your site with 15 days trial subscription with us.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Nastia
