Howdy @komapa
Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, you are already using this plugin and are interested on how to further customize its configuration, for handling disputes / chargebacks better. Correct?
For that, feel free to go ahead with setting up Dynamic Descriptors. Dynamic Descriptors let you control how your charges appear on customer credit card statements for specific purchases. This can help you avoid customer disputes / chargebacks due to confusion or non-recognition. The related documentation can be found linked here.
Dynamic Descriptors must be enabled by your Braintree representative.
Furthermore, feel free to inquire about said webhooks with your Braintree representative.
Please let us know if you have any further questions about this matter, or if we misinterpret your concern in any way. We will be happy to help you further.

Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further. As I understand, the screenshot is from the documentation of the “Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce” plugin, instead.
Feel free to reach out to their support channel, with this inquiry, as they would be in a better position to assist you. For your convenience, I was able to find it here.
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.
Oops, My mistake 🙂 Thank you so much!

Indeed, because this is a different plugin. You can find Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway‘s support documentation below for your reference:

That is exactly my question.
I can’t find such a setting in this documentation.
And that’s why I ask where to look for it?
Hi there @komapa

The Braintree for WooCommerce extension checks the payment status in the API response. Webhooks are not used, and thus why there is no setting for them.
You can follow the documentation on Getting Started, which includes setting up your API to use within the extension.
Please let us know if this is what you were looking for!
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
