Blocking Facebook Pixel from Loading

    Facebook Pixel has been added to the system by the client, but now it is not being blocked by the Cookie Consent banner, which I am assuming is because it is being loaded using a separate Meta pixel for WordPress plugin. How do I go about ensuring the site is GDPR compliant but restrict it loading like all other cookies which are working fine. Using the Google Tag Manager to manage Consent
