Blank Page home/front page

So Last night when I left our site it was working just fine. This morning I navigated there and found that our front page and only our front page was a blank page. Through the process of elimination aka I deactivated all the plugins and slowly added them back I found the problem lies in this plugin. For now I have it deactivated I am wondering if you can give me some ideas how to fix it. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling and the problem still persists when I activate it. If I deactivate it the front page returns.

Any advice you can give would be awesome.
