Hello @bwstandard,
The CleanTalk Anti-Spam does not check for spam login forms.
Anyway, please use your Personal Lists in similar cases. The guide is here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
Also, could you send us the CleanTalk IDs of the false positives or false negatives? They are here:
• Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → click Details” in any record → copy the CleanTalk ID.
Did it help you?
It actually does do login forms, that’s exactly what I’m referring to, have screenshots of and have a record being blocked on your dashboard from.

If I whitelist on the Show_results page, it says it’s good for 30 days, will it get removed from the main blacklist or will I have to re-whitelist it?

This request was blocked due to an email address from the blacklists. You can add permanent records to your personal lists manually here:
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=antispam
Yes I see that it was blocked for that reason, I’m also seeing my site get hit with a ton of different spam registrations when the plugin isn’t active.
If this person / bot is using a bunch of different emails, most of them that look probably legit, do those emails eventually fall off the blacklist or are they on there until they are requested to be removed?
Yes, those emails will fall of the blacklist if they do not generate any more spam and thus do not accumulate spam score even further. You can also speed this process up, the guide is here:

You are welcome!
