I will investigate it and fix in the next plugin version if confirmed. Meanwhile, I’m closing this thread.
I also am using Gmail Mailer, but with Caldera Forms plugin.
The emails work well. But the BCC does not send.
BCC field in Gravity Forms notifications is also not sending using “Other SMTP” for me. “To” field emails ARE working, just not BCC.
Has there been any resolution to this? BCC is also not working for me.

BCC support was broken in 1.2.4 and below. But was fixed in 1.2.5.
Can you please upgrade and confirm?
If you are still experiencing the problem, please provide Mailer that is selected and plugins that you are using to send emails with BCC. I will need exact steps to replicate the issue.
