Basic Skeleton Theme?

I love what Max Mega Menu does and how it easily adds mega menu functionality. I am wondering if there is a basic/skeleton theme for this plugin? What I mean by that is a way to keep the functionality of the mega menu and the bare-bone styles for columns and things, but only that.

I know there is the ‘CSS Output’ setting where we can choose to output no styles, but that removes all styles and functionality. I am looking for a middle ground where the base functionality and styles are there, but all other styles are stripped away so I could then style the mega menu myself without having to overwrite the default plugin styles.
