Hello @nimeck,
Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback regarding the Forminator plugin. We really appreciate it.
I am sorry to hear that it wasn’t a 5-star experience for you.
No major feature updates in a while, integrations are basic, and the roadmap doesn’t seem to move.
Regarding the major feature updates and roadmap, we’re working on adding multiple enhancements to the plugin, on top of that, focusing on fixing issues, as you can notice in the changelog here https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/#developers & https://wpmudev.com/project/forminator-pro/#changelog_all
If you don’t mind, would it be possible for you to share any specific feature or functionality you were looking to have in the Forminator Plugin?
That said, I am also passing your feedback internally to the Forminator team for their review.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh

Its simple stuff that’s available in other plugins and even in your other plugins like “Hustle”.
First, MailPoet integration should be a no brainer at this point. You have the integration built into Hustle, but not into Forminator Pro? Feel like if this is supposed to be a high end premium plugin you would have all the features in it.
How about Constant Contact? These are popular CRMs.
Square processing. I know there is Stripe and PayPal, so that covers a lot, but more options would be great.
Just 2-3 right there.
Hi @nimeck,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
I can confirm that those mentioned integrations are already on our to-do list, but an ETA on when this will be implemented is not available. The developers work on a priority basis, and the features that have a high number of requests will have a higher priority.
As we mentioned in our earlier response, we keep working on adding multiple enhancements along with fixing issues, and you can find more updates about the same in our change log.
That being said, we have already shared your feedback with the Formiantor team, and we hope to improve your experience to a 5-star rating soon.
Kind Regards,
Nebu John
