Base removed

Hi,
the “category” was removed: http://www.domain.com/blog/football/category/subcategory/post

but this plugin removed also the Category base set in WP settings, so now I have this:

http://www.domain.com/football/subcategory/post

and the subcategory posts gives 404

this should be the correct structure:
http://www.domain.com/blog/football/subcategory/post

has anyone succeeded?
