backups not compressed

    I have enabled scheduled backup, only for database and when I have downloaded .ebwp file I have noticed that the file is in plain text, not compressed. How to enable compression of backup file?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In the free version of Everest Backup, the backup file is not compressed and encrypted. However, our Pro version offers the ability to create encrypted and compressed backup files. Once the Pro version is activated, you will see options that allow you to enable both encryption and compression for your backups.
