• Hi,

I generated 1 full backup every month and 1 diff every day.
The full backup is executed 3 times (once on 00:00 as scheduled, another on 14:43, and the 3rd on 15:51).

What can I do to solve this multiple backup?

    Regards,
    Michel.

  • Please try and follow this tutorial https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/ to setup the cronjob trigger to be run from server scheduler instead of the default from wordpress scheduler.

Let me know if you have further issues. Please also check if you have any errors in your xcloner logger.

Thanks for your very quick (as usual) answer, Liuta.

There where already the “define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);” line in my wp-config.php, but the command was different from the one you give in your tutorial.

I just changed if, and I will wait for the next month.
In the meantime, I hope my daily backup will still be done.

    Kind regards,
    Michel.

Can you confirm if you are encrypting your backup? If so, try and reinstall the 4.1.0 xcloner package, seems there was a memory limit issue which is fixed now at encryption level

None of my backups are encrypted (there is a backslash on the lock icons).
