The determining factor of whether or not you can use WooCommerce Payments is the location of your business and the bank account where you will receive deposits.
If that location is in one of these supported countries, then you can use it.
However, if your business and bank account is based in South Korea, then you won’t be able to use it just yet. Keep an eye on that list as we’re constantly working towards adding even more countries to the list.
I have bank accounts worldwide like payoneer and world first.
Koreans do business with world markets like Amazon and eBay with these banks.
