    Dear community,

    everytime we import new products they are automatically posted as product previews in our followers’ Facebook newsfeed.

    This inlcudes drafts, with unfished descriptions or without product pictures.

    Another pain point is the “re-posting”. When we update some minor details on our products, it gets another post in the newsfeed, with the remark “XY added a new product”, yet we simply updated an old, exisiting one.

    Our customers are quite irritated about it and already complained to us.

    Last issue: Is there anyway to control the automatic posts? I do not get a notification about likes, shares, comments etc from it and I also can not delete the posts.

    Our development team is aware of the issues you have pointed out. Bug reports are filed on the links mentioned below:

    I’d recommend keeping an eye on the two reports above for updates. If you have additional information you’d like to share, you can share them on the reports as comments.

    Hello together.

    @wpnomad & @amandasjackson , I am honestly not happy with these replies.
    This bug is catastrophic for our business image and I am seriously disappointed that it has not been fixed at all.

    The issue is present since at least half a year and nothing seems to be done on this end.
    Please find a solution or at least offer the possibility to disable this automatic posts, if they are not working properly.

    I understand how that can be frustrating.

    Still, the issues are already created and our team will work on them as soon as possible.

    I see that you seemed to have commented on the issues as well, so the best option now should be to wait and you should get updates directly from your Github account.
