Automatic Media URL Redirect
-
Hi!
When I open a page with attachment media, theme redirect the attachment to the image file.
I use a sell media system with ‘Sell Media Plugin’, and if i switch theme my page view is correctly.
I use Yoast, but my media configuration is set to “No”, but my page is empty anyway

Hello,
I’m not able to access your website to check the issue. Try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict in the site. Let me now it works or not.
Hello,
Sorry, i’ve disabled Ultimate Member that restrict pages view only for logged users…
The problem is that I can not see that page containing an average as an attachment… Using Yoast or this page redirect on the attachment, or it display an empty page… disabling the plugins the behavior does not change, but changing theme (using Twenty Seventeen) my page view works correctly
Hi,
I just tested the plugin on my end and it works fine with the OceanWP theme. Try to disable all the plugin except ocean extra and sell media plugin and check it works or not.
Can you tell me how to reproduce this error so that I can check it again? If you create a single sell media item page works correctly, but if you create sell media item gallery (more than 1 photo), when you open single element of this, appears the error (empty page).
I’ve tested your theme and Sell Media Plugin (without other plugins that could create conflict) in local and the media don’t show correctly for me, only if i create a gallery items. When generate with single image, this works correctly!
Hello @fabbrj, unfortunately, OceanWP cannot work with every third-party plugin, have you tried to contact the plugin author to know if he can make his plugin compatible with OceanWP?
