Automatic follow-up emails not sending

    Hi,

    I’ve got a problem with the automatic emails – despite the fact they’re enabled and set to 3 days, they still aren’t sent.

    How can I fix this?

    Can you please share a screenshot of “Diagnostics” tab of the plugin to troubleshoot this issue?
