Auto populate all posts?

I have over 2000 posts on my website and was wondering if there’s a way for the content egg results to automatically appear at the bottom of each of those pages (maybe some code in the php file) so that it’s auto-generated based on the post title or keywords on that page? Or do I need to go into all 2000 posts and manually enter the search terms in each of them?
