Attribute nesting?

Hi, I am wondering if this plugin would enable to construct a hierarchical set of Attributes? Such as
- Attribute 1
- Sub Attribute 1
- Sub Attribute 2
- Sub Attribute 3
- Attribute 2
- Attribute 3

For hierarchy you need create custom taxonomy (attributes by its nature non-hierarchyable) for example by this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/
