It seems “Key4ce osTicket Bridge” destroyed my website as shown below!
https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/3689
BTW, I can browse tickets form WP but I no longer able to access https://xxxx/tickets/scp/login.php

Hello,
I can’t say i can reproduce your attachment issue on our live sites. (i tried on several).
as for the github issue: your referencing a session table with duplicate keys.
our plugin doesn’t create sessions (thats the login aspect of osticket it self).
The solution to your issue should be relatively easy. do a SQL search for: 717ll8at7jvse92gr2799tjtm3 and remove it (or to be safe you can try renaming it).

Marco

I’ll try to record a video for this issue but when my website up!

All the users has same problem with duplicate keys so removing the duplicate keys isn’t the right choice.
alright,
As far as duplicate key: i don’t think there’s much alternatives but to remove the duplicate(s). only alternative that comes to mind would be adjusting the scripts which then allows duplicate results but that wouldn’t be safe.
Thanks @mtiggelaar I wish to get more help from osTicket guys.
No problem.
Let me know if you need any further help resolving the issue. i personally would just work on removing duplicates (i assume a complication during an upgrade script of osticket, or atleast we had that once a long time ago).
Once removed i assume it’s cleared.. optionally you can consider wiping the sessions table in it’s entirely but don’t do what without backup up 100% (it might work but it might destroy db completely).
Below you can see a video shows how this problem occurs:

It seems sendvid service has a problem. Try to get the video from
