• Hi,

I love the Ashe theme but have been struggling for a while to get a header image in place. 1300 X 500 is very blurry and gets cut off. I read another thread suggesting dimensions of 2600 X 1000. Tried that as well yet it’s still the same. Poor quality, blurry image that’s getting cut off. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help and time.

This is the image I’ve uploaded to the media library. It’s 2600 X 1000 pixels

There’s an additional other small issue as well. The search icon on the menu bar is clickable but doesn’t respond. I’ve cleared the cache etc. earlier it used to give a blank menu space to type, now there is no response. Thank you

    Hi @deebarajpal

At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    1. Regarding the header image issue, can you please tell us your device screen resolution? It will help us to check the same case on our end and provide better support.
    2. Regarding the search icon functionality:
The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

    Waiting for your response.

    Kind Regards

    Thank you for your response.

    1. I use an 34-inch ultrawide monitor typically has a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels.
    2. Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll check the plugins. I believe it might be the Auto-optimise plugin. I’m too technically incompetent to clone etc, but am very grateful for your direction. Thank you
