Artists / Agencies Booking Themes/Plugins?

Hi,
I´m looking for solutions for a site like this:

An Artist Marketplace where Agencies can book Artists.

It needs:
– Registering/Login/Profile for Artists
– Registering/Login/Profile for Agencies (or generally People who want to book an artist)
– payed membership for BOTH types of users
– listing of artists
– search mask for artists with filter options (category, budget …)
– booking calendar for each individual artist and his/her appointments
– booking enquiry with email notification for artist
– rating of artists though bookers

I´ve found HireBee and FreelancerEngine but I´m open for other themes and or combinations of Plugins.
