Article thumbnail option missing

Please make sure that Feature image is enabled from your screen options. Click on the Screen Options in your post editor and make sure the feature image is ticked as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/it4YxCTfucvu

The URL you provided is correct. The above screenshot was from a Classic Editor. Since you are using Gutenberg Editor, kindly click on the three dots in the right side of the save button and navigate to Preferences > General > Document settings, and enable the feature image from there as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WMapuoTAv8Ei

This is possibly a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all your plugins at once, and see if the feature image option is appears or not. If the feature image appears try activating your plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing the issue.
