Hey there epro95,
How are you doing today?
1. require_provider argument will not work in case you have a single provider per service. The reason for this is because in case you have one provider per service once you select service from a drop down provider is selected automatically since it is the only option that is available for that service if that makes sense.
2. Not really sure what you mean, can you please add more details so I can better understand what you’re trying to do? Are you setting exceptional working or non working days?
Looking forward for your response 🙂
Cheers,
Bojan
Hi
Hi
I can clarify what epro95 (Eugene) is trying to achieve. He is trying to add a specific day when the service provider is available to work using the Exceptional working days field but there seems to be no method of restriction the time the service provider is available to work on the exceptional day. i.e. on the exceptional day added the service provider is available all day. how do we restrict the time available on the exceptional day.
many thanks in advance
Richard
Hi Richard,
Thanks for the additional info about this.
Unfortunately there’s currently no option to change work time for exceptional days, it will pull the value from longest working day and use that instead.
It does sound like something that would be useful to have so I’ll check with our devs if it can be changed in future 🙂
Cheers,
