Application form phone number validation & limit

Hi

We are facing issue in Job Application form. Phone number is not showcasing proper validation.
When we submitted 5 or less digit mobile number, it submitted instead of throwing validation error.
We want 10 digits limit for the phone number.

Also search filter does not work properly, sometimes it works.
