App keeps un-enabling itself

Hi,

I keep finding that after a day or two I have to use the standard /wp-admin path to log into my site. When I check the plug-in it has the Enable check box un-ticked. I will re-tick it and everything will work fine until the same thing happens a few days later.

Any idea what could be causing this? I am the only backend user for the site.
