    Hello ipoblete,
thank you for reaching out to us. I noticed that the image url from the error message in your post seems to be masked. Did you mask this image path for privacy reasons? Or was it displayed like this in the actual error message?

Is there a way for you to provide us with the actual path to the image you’re trying to process? If you prefer to send us the path privately, feel free to reach out through the chat or the contact form on our website at https://aiforseo.ai. Thank you very much in advance. Feel free to let us know if there are other questions in the meantime.

    Hello ipoblete,
thank you for the quick response and for your email  — that was very helpful!

We’ve made a small adjustment on our end that might already resolve the issue. When you have a moment, please try generating the media attributes again.

If it still doesn’t work, it’s likely that a firewall or security plugin on your website is blocking our server from accessing the image. In that case, here’s what you can try:

    1. Temporarily disable any firewall or security plugins (such as Wordfence or others) and see if the issue persists.

    2. If possible, whitelist our server IP address:
    209.38.232.115

This will help ensure that our plugin can successfully retrieve and process your images.

We’re continuing to look into ways to improve this from our side as well. Please let us know how it goes! Feel free to reach out if you need any additional help. Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
