Anonymous Users Help Please

    We have a small chat room. I want to allow everyone to participate (no log-in, no passwords, no memberships needed etc.). I want users to create a screen name when they enter the chat. Some users report that it works as expected. They go to https://dolphinstruth.com/chat/, and they are prompted to enter a user name for that chat. Perfect! However….other users report that they do NOT see the prompt. They are simply let into the chat room and assigned Anonymous4 or a similar name. This happens to me as well. Can someone help? I want everyone to be prompted to enter a user name. I have tried various settings, but cannot get it consistently. thank you.

    Hello,

    This should not happen. Most likely it was a temporary problem caused by cache or something similar.
