  • Hi @rask44

I have an issue with the Analytics screen -> Order. For one of the months, I can’t view the statistics. I receive the message ‘There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.’ However, in the error console, there is a message ‘Call to a member function get_id()’.

From what I understand, you’re experiencing some issues with viewing the monthly statistics in your Analytics screen -> Order section. It seems like you’re getting an error message stating, “There was an error getting your stats. Please try again,” and an error console message that reads “Call to a member function get_id()”.

Looking at the system status log you shared, I noticed that you’re using WooCommerce version 8.1.1 and WordPress version 6.3.1. Your server environment appears to be set up correctly, and you have several active plugins.

Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

    1. Update Your Theme: Make sure your theme is current. Konte’s latest version is 1.5.0, but you might want to check if there’s an even newer version.
    2. Update Outdated Templates: Your log indicates that several WooCommerce templates within your theme are outdated. Updating these to the latest versions could resolve the issue. Here’s a helpful guide to assist you: 👉 Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates.
    3. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce: Other plugins can sometimes cause conflicts. Try disabling them all, then reactivating them one at a time to identify if one of them is causing the problem.
    4. Switch to a default theme: Themes can also conflict with WooCommerce. Try switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: 👉 How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If you’re still experiencing the issue after these steps, could you provide more details? It would be useful to know if this problem is happening for all months or just one specific month, and if there have been any recent changes or updates to your site.

It would also be really helpful if you could share your site’s System Status report. This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find this report in WooCommerce > Status. Just select ‘Get system report‘ and then ‘Copy for support‘.

If there are any fatal error logs, those would be great to see as well. You can find these under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
